The Stiperstones is a quartzite ridge formed 480,000,000 years ago for your walking pleasure! Its various tors make for an interesting, and quite different, day walk in the Shropshire countryside.

One of its tors -- the Devil's Chair -- is the subject of folklore involving the ghost of a Saxon earl, who is said to still roam the ridge. You can read all about the Stiperstones here.

We hope you'll join us!
